obviously fines differ by area...whether it was county/city, etc

macon pd site shows $253 for an open container and it doesnt requre a court appearance

She was 21, container was not hers, she was Caucasian too. :lmfao:

She drove an SUV.... hmmm what else they were 3 other people in the car.

I guess all of those can be factors.

Not sure if the cop was on good terms with his wife or not.

I've met people who have gotten PUI's (Pedestrian Under the Influence) mainly issued in Cobb Co. or City of Marietta :slap:

i went to JAIL for open container.

i was also 16 when this occurred. lmao.

it shouldnt be more than 500.
