We decided to dismiss the case and just let it go after the other party lied about what went down.

One of my witnesses was scared to come to court because they didn't want to be labeled as a snitch. Oh well.

Either way, he did break my nose in two places... not bad per se but enough to visibly show on an x ray. It wasn't knocked out of place and I had no damage where he sucker punched me in his first attempt to "knock me out".

I posted those pictures of me "not being hurt" to taunt the guy into running his mouth on the internet so I could get his information.

It's funny because the guy is a registered third degree blackbelt... he should have known how to handle himself a bit better in this situation.
I guess 31 years on this earth wasn't enough for him to make a smart decision..... which is evident by the choices he has already made that lead him up to the point he is at now in his life.


One of his "friends" anonymously provided me with his full name, place of business and work address, and the rest of his information due to them feeling bad about what he did and him bragging about it after the fact.

Actually, he is FAR from that. He got a clean swing on me from a blind side and couldn't knock me down on the first hit. If I hadn't of been back pedaling and tripped over my sandles I wouldn't have went down at all. NOT what you would expect from a third degree black belt.

I wasn't great at punching was alwayd worried someone would slip off my block and land on my mouth, but now, the face mak, have protection over them, so thats no longer a worry.
