To the tune of 20 bucks. No big deal, i never spend more than i'm willing to lose on there anyway, but i dunno what to do now. I paid for the item and never got a shipping email, so i mailed the guy telling him what it was, and he replied with "What's item you mentioned?" and i wrote back and told him again...that was nearly a week ago...no reply sense. I'm starting to doubt if it's ever gonna show. So...

Now what?

Anyone had a problem on ebay? can ebay do anything? Should i just call my bank and dispute the payment?

I did use paypal. So i just log into paypal and i can dispute it?

How long do you think i should wait before i do that? The item was coming from china, so if it's on its way and I never got a shipping confirmation email, i don't wanna dispute something and have it show up tomorrow...

go to ebay - there is a link under your profile around the same place you would leave feedback. it says start dispute/claim or something like that. it will push you over to paypal where you will find the transaction and start dispute.

it was a shirt. Nothing really special, but it was supposed to be a present for my fiance's birthday.

well if you started a dispute and it does show up you can always end it

Start dispute so it will make the seller answer to prove if the item has been sent or not, which will get you your money back. Note for the Future stick to ordering things w/in the country

I've ordered a few things from outside the country before and never had any problem, always from those ebay-store things, not an actual auction. I do a lot of "buy it now" stuff, lol. I think i'll give him the weekend to reply and dispute on Monday if he hasn't.

Was it some kind of badge? I ordered one from a seller in China for about $20 and it never showed up. Eventually I forgot about it and didn't bother to dispute it.

you have to wait something like 21 days before you can start a dispute... Try emailing the seller one more time first. Maybe they just forgot.
