I have no idea where Tucker is, but if you're near Commerce/Athens, there's a guy who sells 5 gallon buckets of house paint for $20 a piece at J&J Flea Market, which is open Sat and Sun. No idea what brand it is/quality, but I see him there a lot when I go.
