Was suppose to sell exhaust to him today setup meeting time for 9:30 at the Varsity.I sat there until 10:30 and his bit.cha.ss didnt show up.Wasted my time and gas if you still wanna purchase the item you better plan on driving because im not meeting you anywhere.:2up: :2up: :2up:Also I called him while at the varsity 4times to see if he was going to be running late no answer.

I can understand that IF he really lost his phone that he would want to find it. But for him to not even bother trying to get in touch with you (via PM or phone call) to let you know what's going on, is pretty inexcusable. There's not one reason to disclaim the fact that he was NEVER going to contact this dude about this issue. You mentioned there are things in life that we can't control. And you're right as rain. But there are plenty of things in life that we CAN control. Getting in touch with the seller was something that the buyer could control. He didn't lose his computer. And again, you're right about it being a mistake and accident. But the mistake was the buyer NOT contacting or showing up to meet with the seller.
