My shower doesnt change temperature really when a toilet flushes. Its like a 2 degree difference, I'm just lazy and rather would kill 2 birds with one stone :D

The Man Show back in the day (when Kimmel and Corrolla were on it) had a discussion about this, and IIRC they were saying anywhere or anything that has a drain is acceptable to pee in, then I remember I think it was Kimmel talking about how he pisses in the sink sometimes too hahah (nasty though)
