This is 1st time I can truely say that Hamann overdid it!! I would have never expected that out of Hamann. They do like to add a lot of extras but they just DID TOO MUCH ON THIS ONE! Ughhh

sadly i don't really like it... the widebody doesn't look hmm.... "classy" it seems pieced together which is sad. now minus the doors and widebody with regular kit i'll take that one :D

in exception of the doors, the entire body kit is completely functional :dunno:

the side scoops may be functional because of the RWD.

How? The engine isnt in the rear so there is no point of scoops. You can clearly see the lower side scoops go nowhere. The big ones....where would they go to? To cool the rear end? I doubt his rear would get that hot and a small scoop would safice.

i was just thinking maybe it had something to do with the back wheels and air flow.

i don't know. i'm talking out my ass.

brake/tire heat venting. I think something to do with releasing airpockets built up in the wheel wells at speed as well.....i'm no expert though. I just read about it being fully functional

Ok, possibly. But they are TOO big just for brakes and tires. LeMans LMP900 cars have a scoop the size of a gator ade bottle.

those almighty rear haunches that could have come straight off a prehistoric beast and house those gigantic vents clearly on display that must channel the air and cool the brakes. Or so you would think. The truth is a little grimmer than that, as those vents are actually stickers carefully positioned in the correct places to give the appearance of racing pedigree and performance. Real vents would have cost much more, but you can't help thinking the kind of customers that go for this kind of upgrade on an £80,000 base car wouldn't mind splashing out a bit more.

guess not.

entirely too busy for me. Personally a stock M6 is sexy enough as is.

The kit was designed off a Dtm body kit aka amg black series benz.

Meh, not digging the way the fenders look. For some reason they remind me of the 08 STi (shudders).

Absolutely serious, I'd much prefer a stock M6 rather than Hamann's pathetic attempt at improving that car, especially in the looks department.
