I have had some overheating issues only when I am stopped. I can drive the car just find without any issues but when I stop it is diff. The radiator, coolant, thermostat, and coolant temp sensor has been replaced. I have checked the relays and fuses to make sure everything is good. I have also bleed the coolant in the system to make sure there are not any air in there.
When I am stopped the fans have only come on two time (both at the same time) but I have tried this many many times with the same result. It will start to over heat past the half way mark but I do not let it go all the way up. The normal mark is just above the quarter mark on the guage.
I am not sure what to think that it is now but I did notice that after I replaced the coolant temp sensor the fan tried to spin but didn't fully turn on. I am thinking this could be a sensor issue at the thermostat. I am not sure

are your fans wired up backwards by any chance?

My question for you is did you replace the coolant temp sensor or the radiator fan switch(s)?Those are the ones that are in the water outlet and thermostat housings. I'm having basicly the same issues with one but I've realized that the best switches to work for this car is the OEM switches. That, plus the car has a radiator leak. I'd go to Honda for the parts, or at least a place that sells OEM honda parts. One way to check to see if it's just a bad switch is on the back one take a paper clip and jump it. with the key on engine running, the fans should come on automaticly. If not, you have either a blown fuse or a bad relay.

I did that yesterday but I didn't know there were two sensors for this. I bought a sensor and put it in the wrong location so now both fans do not come on and that lets me know that the other sensor was the issue (AC fan) because the sensor I took out would at least kick on one fan. Now they both do not come on but when I jump them the both will come on so I know the fans are good. I just have to go back and buy the other sensor that I took out and replace the one I installed last night and then put that sensor in the right place.
I will see from there if this will work but I am confident about this.
Thanks man...

Update
It is working and both fans are coming on. It was the ECT Switch A that was the issue. I replaced ECT Switch B, thermostate, bleed the coolant, checked relays, checked fuses, cleared the ECM and whatever else I can not think of right now.
Thanks everyone! It is running smooth...
