i was not sure where to post this so my bad if its the wrong section. so my roommate is looking to buy a used car. but the thing is he needs to send his paperwork to seattle because thats where his parents live and he needs them to cosign. and he cant buy a used car straight up from a private seller because he dont have the money right now. is there a way to go to a used dealership and work out a deal and just send the paperwork to seattle? i really have no idea so any help would be great. thanks
