speed sensor question?

i have a 97 civic hatch. it has a d16z6 motor and trans that i think come's in a 92-95 civic. my speed sensor is out and i dont know if i need to buy for a 92-95 or a 96-00. so if anyone can help me, please do and reps to everyone that helps.
