probably a dumb question but where should i go to get this done, or does anyone know the good method of DIY?? let me know, i do know a guy that would do it for 55 a flywheel but i got two and i just dont wanna spend 110 bucks, just want my car back on the road!! thanks corey

Got access to a brake lathe? It can be done on one lol

i paid $35 to have one done at reeve's but that is in Houston country. there is one way of DIY, that my friend told me but i cant remember it at the moment

Got access to a brake lathe? It can be done on one lolThat doesn't always work. If there are hot spots, the bit will just chatter over them. And, a brake lathe will leave a directional finish.

Very good advice. :goodjob:

It's worth the price to have it done correctly. If you try and do it yourself and do it incorrectly, you will have terrible clutch chatter.

place on the end of hwy 85 in Riverdale does it for 40$

Its not the best way but its the next best thing if your broke and cant afford to pay to have it done. Our trans tech did his that way and used a grinder to knock the hot spots down till they were gone. It worked pretty good for what it cost him lol
