time for vacation. where to go? who to book with?

so im planning a vacation and im kinda thinking vegas but open to suggestions. because of my job its a weekend thing. fly out thursday night and back monday morning. (i work continental shift) where is the best place to book hotel and flight?

looking at the grand and so far i like it alot. can you still do alot even if your under 21? my gf is going and shes only 20.
