I was wondering, if I had passed emissions in another state, would it be valid in Georgia?

Out of State: You must have your vehicle tested and registered within 30 days.
If you have just moved to one of the 13 covered counties* from a Georgia county where emission testing is not required and your vehicle has a current Georgia registration, a valid emission certificate will not be required until your registration renewal due date.
