INFORMATION ABOUT THE HEADER:

GENERAL INFORMATION:
- This header is brand new in the original box and is perfect condition !
- 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects !

- All headers are test fit together before sale and before shipping !

- 10 wheel horsepower + over the DC Race Header !

- All headers come with exhaust manifold gasket, hardware, and donut gasket !
THIS HEADER FITS THE FOLLOWING VEHICLES THAT HAVE THE K-SERIES ENGINE SWAP

- DC (Acura Integra)

- EG (Honda Civic)

- EK (Honda Civic)

- This header is known to work in K20 swaps that uses the Hasport mounts or the latest and version of the Hybrid Racing mounts.

HERE IS SOME INFORMATION ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE HEADER

- Made of 304 Stainless steel

- Long tube tri-y header

- 2.5 collector

- Machined CNC manifold flange

- Flange is .38" which is just about 3/8" thick

- 18G on the 304 S/S. Measured at .049" to .050"=

That is really funny because I am 100% sure that the picture of the custom header is my SSR Custom header, and I am 100% sure that the Dyno graph is from my dyno... THat is the exact number's that my car made... and that tune is not just with a header bolt on...

is your header 304 SS? there was a picture of another header that doesnt look like it is.
and the dyno chart does say that was with tuning.

The first post says "tuning" not just "ecu tuning"

This is the most accurate data we have. We put a cold air intake, header, full exhaust, valve springs and retainers and I did a kpro tune.

Evan, that is your header in the picture. It may be your dyno chart, I don't know and I don't have record of it. If you have a copy of your chart then please share it so I know.

Hondata found similiar results although they started with a k20a2 which makes 10 horsepower less out of the gate.
