ok on thursday july the 3rd i was heading down to miami for the weekend. i was on 75 south around macon, and i was pulled over for speeding so i thought ok ill take my ticket and leave,but next thing u kno whe says im under arrest for having my license suspended. Well i got out by paying 1000 cash bond so i went to figure out why my license was suspended and i found out why. Turns out that the car i sold was still under my name but im good with that i got a bill of sale and the tag also a notarized letter stating i sold the car 4 months before my suspension. Well the question is i have never been to court so i keep hearing i HAVE to show up with a lawyer is it true?i cant just go myself anything else i need to know? all info is helpfull
