Just throwing this out there if anyone knows anything.
Ive got a deposit down on an Apartment, but im leaning towards renting a house at the moment.
Anything in the $1200-1400 range is fine, 3 bedroom, etc.

I have a townhome in Woodstock that I'm currently renting out but the lease for my current tenants is coming to an end in a month....Not quite sure if they are resigning the lease or not but if not I can work with you on that or a lease purchase...

I have been searching craigslist and found some reasonable ones. I am actually moving into a 4 bedroom off wade green in a nice neighborhood, rent is 1200 a month between the 4 of us. But granted its a supposed to be a 3 bedroom I assume.

Are you looking to only rent, or would you be interested in lease optioning? I ask because for the amount you looking to pay for a home, you could own it a few years with the way your business is going (based off another thread).
