If I understand you correctly, you have at least 3 people. I don't think you're gonna find a 2 bed/2 bath for less than $850 around Southern Poly.

Just throwing this out there. I have a co-worker that commutes from South Carolina every other week that is looking to rent her house 3/2 was the model $955 with Washer and Dryer. House is in the South DeKalb area about 40 minutes away. I made the commute for a couple of years working in Marietta and living in South DeKalb area.

here is the deal you are going to pay more than 650 for anything apt. or house. Single bedroom apt. around me start at 650 and i dont think your going to fit 3-4 people in a single. Not to mention you can only have 2 resedents per room. My apt. was 950 for a 2 bed, which is the reason i live in a house now. With 3-4 people i would recomend you all get jobs and expect to pay around 850-1000 for your new place.

I live at Jasmine APartments right off of Delk ROad and Powers Ferry. My GF goes to Southern poly its about 5 min down the street.
We pay $835 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath.
$600-650 is NOT happening unless you live in the sticks.
Im looking at houses now, and everything i can find is $1200+ for what i want.
with 2-3 people if you cant afford a 3 bedroom (300-$400 per month) you shouldnt be moving out lol

Doesnt everyone do that anyway? I commuted from South DeKalb to Alpharetta everyday for work. UGH

honestly now...
Most apartments or homes in college towns like Auburn, Gainesville, Tuscaloosca, or Athens will have ya paying 400-600 per person and those are less populated areas.
Marietta is a pretty big area (1 million i think). If you can't afford 300-400 per person then go ahead and sign up for the dorms man. I'm not sure if Southern Poly has dorms or not though

Honestly for that cheap, your not going to find a apartment that you wouldnt get robbed in... daily.
Look on craigslist for roommates or something.
