Got a bull**** ass ticket.

Yesterday driving home from work I was on 285 about to get off at chamblee d wood. I see a cop next to me getting on the high way and I wasnt going to do anything dumb in front of a cop. I was doing 58 in a 55... Behind a semi. So I put my blinker on... Look right and saw an opening. So I start getting over and I look back ahead and the lane I am getting into everyone all of a sudden stopped. So I check back reall quick and hop over into the exit lane where I needed to be and all the time my blinker is on. So I get all the way over so I dont have to slam on my breaks because I honestly though I couldve gotten rear ended by the dude behind me. Or sandwiched. Anyways mother ****** pulls me over for inproper lane changes. I felt like punching him in the balls and drive off. After he gave me the ticket I signed that biatch and snatched it outta his hands started the car and took off while he was still at my window. I am so angry. It was such a dumb ass ticket. He wouldnt even let me explain what happened.

yes, those 2 kills forums posts have happened within the few short months you've had your s2k. If you were cruising speed limit of 55, i'm sure you would have checked to make sure the lane was clear before switching, the semi in front of you is a horrible excuse, you inch into the lane if you have bad sight before you commit to a lane change. Thus, you were driving like an *******, which in turn made you swerve across the highway and possibly smack into someone.

No the lane i was going into was open. no one behind me, just cars in front. but since they all stopped quick i just went and got all the way over. i know no one was coming because i could see all the way down the lane and i wasnt on the semis ass... i was like 5 car lengths behind him. i honestly wasnt driving like a maniac. lol i just dont really know how to drive the speed limit so when a cop is near i try to drive really proper and most times its not a good thing... lol if i had passed the semi truck to the left and just gotten in front of him i would have been fine, because people were doing 85mph past me and he didnt go after them

There's no explanation necessary. You fucced up. It is illegal to just merge all the way over like that. You have to change lanes one at a time. You can't just go from hammer lane to slow lane just like that. You have to get into and maintain the next lane over each time you change. Later, QD.

Agreed. I just dislike people who drive like that bc its hard for me to slow my truck down loaded or unloaded. Most motorists do not pay attention to vehicles around them, especially when they make bold moves on major interstates.

Also you have to maintain the lane for 100 ft before you move to a second lane. I know what I did was illegal. I'm not saying that. But its retarded. I didnt cut anyone off or hit them I was no where near them execpt the cars in front of me stopping really fast... As for the lane I was trying to get into there was no one behind me for like 15 car lengths or something, but i dont know if he was paying attention. try running next time. and yah, don't switch lanes too fast, i got reckless for that bull ****. i was in HOV, saw the cop come out for me about a 1/4 mile back so i signaled, crossed 2 empty lanes, signaled again, got over one more, signaled again, gave it some gas cause truck was coming behind me and car next to me was 50 in a 55, got infront of car, signaled and flashed my hazzards as i moved into the emergency lane and the cop pulled up behind me

next time i'm just waiting for the pigs to get on my ass before i pull over. i was trying to be nice and not make him waste his gas and he gave me reckless driving.

Sounds like a victim of circumstances to me. I have a lot of this kind of stuff happen to me. Not with tickets but just unlucky stuff. I just blow it off cause if you get mad about it it usually just leads to more trouble. Such as starting an intronetz war.
