And customers went crazy wanting to buy this thing. So I decide to go on ebay and check out if anyone is selling one already. Sure enough, someone was. I looked at the location and it was Berkeley Lake, GA, right here in Duluth. Then, the guy posts his phone # if anyone has any questions. So we look up his phone # and yup, he purchased it from our store for $299 from one of my coworkers, we still have the original receipt here haha.
It's amazing how much this guy is getting for this thing.

We have a network freeze here because of that stupid thing. Funny thing is, althought we have a freeze the network is having all sorts of proplems totally un-related to the Iphone deployment. LOL!
My Brother in law works at the Apple store in the Mall and said it is crazy. When he left around 5pm it was still 200+ around the corner waiting. Said it took an hour per activation and apples server went down every hour on the hour.

My work is having a pool for the new iphone. Everyone pitches in $15 for 3 guesses at the number of sales for the weekend. Winner gets the $$$ + iphone. Obviously the sales will be ^^^ since the new iphone is more reasonably priced. Pretty soon, every1 and their grandma will have one...kinda like the razor.

uh absolutly, i love mine, email, weather, music, and internet all in one pocket is enough for me. as long as you arent clumsy with your phones, then its straight. plus you can get phone numbers to anything really quick. DEF recommend.

I mean.. what do you want it for? A blackberry is the most usefull phone you can buy. And it doesn't run off Itunes or anything mac related, making it FTW.

i was one of those idiots who camped out along with my buddy Jimmie. I love it, btw ive got a v.1 for sale if anyone wants it. $140 comes with box, charger and manuals. I have even installed the new software on it. It has one small dent in it but otherwise it works perfectly.

curve is MUCH better.. bigger screen, crisper pictures, less bugs, better camer, full qwerty keyboard. I just love the functionality. It's great. Never lets me down, and it gets service.. EVERYWHERE.

Who gives a fuck what Heidi or Gerrard say. Were they gonna be able to process the activation through itunes and unbrick the phone? No. So I wasn't really concerned with what they had to say. I was just trying to push as many out as I could. I wasn't gonna worry about unbricking someone's phone here when they could do the same process at home

It's definitely worth getting. The internet speed on the 3g Iphone is comparable to DSL speeds, and it's by far the best internet browsing phone out.
Are you more concerned with getting your emails instantly, or what exactly are you trying to do with it?

Do you need to get your emails as soon as they hit the inbox? Or do you check'em every few minutes/hours or so? If you don't absolutely NEED your emails right then and there, then you can get away from the Blackberry's. Blackberry's are good devices and are very reliable and are by FAR the best emailing machines. But their lack of internet speed and basic internet browser suck.
Give the iphone a try man, you got 30 days to return/exchange it.

If you install OPERA on your blackberry it makes it very similar to browse the web like the iphone. And as far as inet speed it's no different than any iphone i've used. It picks up signal much better than any other phone i've used too. In places where my friends don't get service on their Iphone my blackberry has mad barsssss. However the CURVE is NOT 3G as stated before.

The internet speed on the old iphone was gaaaaarbage. That thing was so slow, which is why I wasn't too big of a fan of it. I put the 3g Iphone next to an old Iphone and pulled up honda-tech on both of them at the same time, and the 3g Iphone loaded it up in about 6-7 seconds while it took the older one close to 2 minutes to pull it up  And now with being able download 3rd part apps makes it a funner phone as well. I'd never pay for those apps though, they're damn expensive! But there's always ways to get them for free

The Blackjack 2 is a pretty good phone, but the Pantech Duo is TERRRRRRRRRIBLE. Man that's the worst phone ever made. No joke, out of 10 that i've sold, 9 have gotten return b/c it's slow, it freezes, and just straight out sucks.
For the price of the BJ2, you might as well get you an iphone. Your actually gonna pay a little more for the BJ2 than the Iphone and it'll still lack a few of the friendly/"cool" features that the iphone has.
I love Windows Mobile Devices, but the 3g iphone is really impressive

We don't bill to the account anymore, so it'd have to be paid at the store. The only thing is that you'll HAVE to have the data package on each iphone that you get, which is $30/phone plus your family plan

The curve is not 3g.
I hope you don't go telling your customers that. The CURVE IS a 3G phone. I work for a company that pretty much runs your network and i do subscriber pushes and we can ONLY push 3G phones. When i look up my MSISDN in CARD ( if you know what that is ) it clearly shows my phone is 3G. and i own a curve. Please GET YA FACTS STRAIGHT PLAYA.
