So ill be damned if Vista Ultimate didnt want to make that the hardest thing ever. After spending ALL night hacking my iPod, i came to the realization that the only thing its usefull for is customize, the application that lets you change all the words and pictures and whatnot. but anyways, if you have an iPod touch and need somebody to Jailbreak it or you just need help to jailbreak it let me know and ill do my best. free of charge.
