it's one of my favorite games, however i did not like brood war(the expansion pack) too much. it made one of the races too powerful IMO

i believe there is an expansion pack or multiple expansion packs for each game. the important part is getting the "primary" one so to speak, if you like it, get the expansion pack, if not try to return it and get another one or something.

you don't need the expansion for WC3 - it just follows the storyline more and continues the game after WC3 ends.

Starcraft was made in 1997. SC2 is being made currently

All of the warcraft games are soooo much fun.

Never got into Diablo, i watched friends play it back in elementary school and it looked kind of gay, but i may have been biased in the fact they were game hogs and wouldn't share.


Starcraft is one of my favorite games of all time, it is timeless, and if i had a copy i could sit down now and play it online for easily 5 hours.



Even World of Warcraft i nerded out on for a month or so on, my health went down the drain and i lost sleep and i became a social reject getting no play until i realized i needed to stop playing that game.




And the moral of the rant is that everything bilzzard touches is incredibly addicting. :yes:
