I got paid back after a month and a half of being lied to.

I keep getting pm's asking me to delete crap but I will let out the info that I know.


First I buy a header from him and pay for shipping.
He never ships it but claims he did and it was returned,but cant produce a single shred of proof on shipping.
He told me his girl shipped it but I spoke to her and che said she did not so he lied again.
I then tell him that I would rather a refund or a set of coilovers that would fit me G20.

He tells me he will meet me that Saturday with a set in GA.

Well nothing,So I finally call him with the help of 411.com and other people he has ripped off I get his girl on the phone.

She tells me he was trying to get the coilovers so he was lieing to me about that for 3+ weeks.
I spoke to the guy that he tried to screw over on a car and he told me that the only header he had was the one on the civic he traded him in January.

This young adult/punk looser is a waste of bandwith and if any mods or admins on this forum wanted to do the community a favor and ban him forever as he is a thief and is not needed on these boards that would be great.

I also wanna say that when caught was when I got my money back,when the lies ran out and I call him on the phone inform him of what I do and how wire fraud is a felony.His girl paid me back because it was her PP account and she was going to have do deal with the heat.

I do not think that someone who continues to screw people over,selling parts he either does not have,has sold to someone else or never plans to deliver until he is backed in a corner,to say he cleared up some stuff and should be allowed to stay is just well not smart.

I have been apart of pbnation.com for years and earned over 5 pages of feedback from online trading and selling through a forum set of with a B/S/T section thats over 120 deals that I did with receiving what was promised first and keeping my end and shipping fast and as described.
No using of old ass pics or anything to deceive anyone.
I also have a feedback score on eBay of 480+ with no negative.

I have done 2 deals on here with mccoy and one other member for a sale of some rota's and selling some ground control coilovers,I have had zero trouble.
I just dont feel he will have learned anything other then 6 moths is how long I can get my hands on a car without completing a deal,you know because I pawned the title of the car I traded him and it was more important to me to do a motor swap and turbo kit then get the title for my car and do what I promised him.

Well it took the threat of police to get him willing to surrender the car back to its owner from Jan-June and the police heat to get it back because he is a broke ass thief.

It really is being taken care of, he's not just messing around. He wrote the addresses on the package wrong lik 3 or 4 times and the USPS kept rejecting the package, which makes it seem like he just took the money and ran when he really didnt.

I say, un-ban him and then restrict him from selling anything further.:2cents: :goodjob:

EDIT: I had to tell him EXACTLY what to write on the package, and if he writes it the exact way that i told him, then it will be here by this thursday. I'll keep you all posted i guess...

It took threats of the police to come though for me.

Him and his girl gave me some long winded story about how they where getting ripped off by a guy who he traded a car with,saying they did the deal and Tenn(cant remember his name)could not get in touch with the guy to get the title or give him his,swapped the motor from a ls to boosted gsr and was trying to get the turbo off and just install a header before the guy got there to take his car back.

I bought into to it and tried to help him out.

I find out that he lied to me once again.
He blew up the built b20 and did a crap swap of a gsr running like ****,wired bad etc.
He owed the guy a full ls swap for the civic he traded off,black interior and a turbo kit well he lied to me saying he had this to give him now but did not.

He told me for weeks he sent me something and did not.He told me after I sold my car and asked for a refund that I owed him shipping for something he did not send.
He told me he would give me a set of coilovers in the place of the header I bought and we would meet in GA,never happened.

I found out he never had the header it was on the traded civic,the coilover he was trying to get from the guy he traded the civic to.
Tried to give me a partial refund swearing he had sent me something but I spoke to the owner of the other car the guy he was also screwing over and told me everything.
The header was on the civic,the coilover he had been begging him for etc.
Tenn's girl was the one who supposedly shipped the header but said it never happened,also told me he was waiting to get the coilover and did not have then.
Then told me that they and in a money bind so i should just understand.

Someone priority's are all screwed up.
If you cant afford to pay bills dont get pregnant.
Dont steal and buy crap you cant afford to buy like a GSR swap and turbo kit.
Dont ask me to understand because I did what we agreed to,never thought it was a scam.

What he has done is called wire fraud.It is a felony.
If he sends you something but not what you bought and you know its to scam you thats mail fraud even if it can ups,fed ex etc its still covered as mail fraud.


This punk try's to sell stuff he does not have no 1month bann will do.
He will do this again.

The mods should just be done with him forever.
