Was the utah cop in the right to taser the man for not signing a speeding ticket? Now Officials Investigate Online Threats Against UHP Trooper.

the cop was an *******, but the guy didnt follow directions and the cop used a non-violent approach to get the guy to do what he was instructed,but failed to do. Sucks for the guy for being an idiot.

that cop was on a serious power trip. ive refused a sign a ticket before. cop told me here your ticket an ive made a note u refused to sign see u in court. everybody was happy.

Lol he was like officer I really don't know what you're doing. I would have been telling him about his mother and dead relatives. That was messed up he wasn't in the right.

Now that I watch it again the cop shouldn't have tried to arrest him. But the suspect was trying to go back to his car with his back turned while a hand was in pocket. :2cents:
