So, after long consideration, I'm pretty certain I wanna get sleeves. Problem is, I don't know of any well known tattoo parlors, or artists for that matter.

That's why I'm posting this. I need opinions on shops, who to speak to, etc.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Midnight Iguana sucks ass.. don't go there.

if you want to come to Athens, Pain and Wonder is amazing. They keep a well-rounded staff... some of them specialize in portraiture/high detail shade work, some specialize in traditional/old school, some do the more modern stuff... you get the drift. John Collins there (no joke on the name) has been doing my half sleeve. I need more money so I can get it finished lol. They have great prices on big work like that, and their artists are really top notch. Super clean shop, very professional about everything.. they're great.

Some crappy bathroom pics of my sleeve as it is right now... it's covering up a POS tattoo I got at Midnight Iguana years ago... I went in there drunk as hell and they tattooed me... bastards. I'm done with the outlining on my sleeve (obviously) and part 1 of color. Probably about 3 more "parts" for color, for a total of 5 sittings @3-4 hours each. The ribbon says "not all who wander are lost"

Yeah check out that original thread. I have 2 half sleeves and 2 chest plates and a large backpiece all done by Tommy Stegall of Black Cat Tattoo. The number is 404-636-0400. There are a couple members on here including myself that have gotten major work done by Black Cat. Here's the address.
