Yeah, that's a little too low for every day driving, but only you know where you drive and what height you can drive safely at.

If you get that low, you won't be able to make it past the speed bump at the Dobbins entrance.

no necessarily...people still rock coilovers and they can lay frame...although its easier with air ride..its still doable with coilovers(JIC/sessions/job design/jp) are just a few...

yea don't go lower on the car or you'll end up being that annoying a-hole that's always taking 10 years to go over a speed bump in front of me. also, they have a free version of photoshop that you can download or you can get a real copy of it off of emule, bit torrent, soulseek, limewire, etc etc
