Naw the block would of had to be tapped for VTEC because it's a non VTEC block.

IL4 has the kit where there are 2 dowel pins that you place on there along with the oil router.

what!? the block doesn't have to be tapped, u can get the oil from the oil pressure switch hole or buy a sandwich plate to supply oil to your head if your gonna put a VTEC head on, this block had a vtec head on there so it's all ready to go,gsr oil pump, gsr water pump etc......oh yea i also have the golden eagle dowel pins for ls/vtec

lol ok :screwy:

I was just say'n the the IL4 (Inline4 Kit) which is the kit that I have for my non vtec block come with the dowel pins you place on the block and I guess I didn't specify because I wasn't try'n to thread jack but to help out my friend who I quoted with the whole process. The dowel pin were made so that no one had to drill in the head anymore, so that it would be quick, clean, and simple. And yes the oil is routed from the oil pressure switch, I've seen older ones where there's a whole piece that goes along where the oil filter is places to route the oil to the back of the head. So once again I'm familiar with the process, I just wasn't trying to thread jack and GL with the sale. :goodjob:
