i have a 99 silver civic ex lowered with wheels i put a 95 ex motor and tranny with a obd2b to obd1 jumper harness no check engine light runs out good needs the a/c stuff for it it has a clear title 5,500 obo give me a call 423-596-3850 rick

its a 5-speed, and this car is pretty clean. good guy and a honest person. good luck ricky and if you sell this you can buy my wheels lol..............

You can't swap in an engine that is older than the car. The only way to get this car to pass emissions would be to put another engine in it.
