Priceless time with your kids.

Chelsea and myself picked today to spend the entire day together but couldn't come up with anything creative to do. We saw some Bird houses at Hobby Lobby in Athens this past Sunday so she asked to learn how to build one. I suck at wood work and had no patterns or ideas but we had a really fun time using our imagination designing these from 1x6's and 1x4's.

This one we called the Duplex.

This one actually houses 4 larger birds so we called it the quadruplex.

I did learn something about bird houses today.

If ya really want a birdhouse your smartest and cheapest route would be to visit your local Wally World and pick one up for $5-$10.

bird houses are awesome. birds always find their way into one and lay eggs, i have 3 in my back yard.
