The new car (DITCHED THE KIA!!!!)

It is a 2005 Saturn Ion Redline. It has 4 doors (rear doors open suicide). It has the 2.0 liter supercharged LSJ 4 cylinder and a 5 speed transaxle. This particular car has the Competition Package 17 inch gunmetal with chrome lip wheels but none of the other pieces. It has a black/gray/blue interior with Recaro buckets. The instrument panel is in the center of the dash. It is pretty quick and handles well. It is basicly a Cobalt SS Supercharged in a different skin. It is much better then the Kia Spectra GSX I got rid of.

I wanted a Cobalt SS Supercharged but none of them was in my price range that I could find. I fell upon this car at a local dealership and remembered how similiar it was to the Cobalt SS Supercharged and snagged it up.

hahaha trust me he doesnt want ss wheels. mine weigh in at 60 lbs with tires each. thats why im getting tenzo dc5 in black and red or enkie evo 5 in bronze

a friend of mine had one and it really is a quick car and fun to drive there is one around cBus that is blue with painted stock wheels that looks pretty cool and has that famous supercharger whine...I agree with the tint and the drop and some sort of wheel change.

i would never knock on recaro's // but ill dogg the **** out of that guage cluster .. someone was doing acid when they came up with this ****ed up idea lol .... lets put 8 air bags in a car jus beacause where going to put the guage cluster in the center console ... lol .

The passenger can hardly see the gauge cluster. It is turned toward the driver. Once you get used to it it is actually better then conventional gauge clusters (IMHO) b/c the gauges are higher on the dash and more in your peripheral vision. Only thing that throws me off is when I put my turn signals on. When I put on the right turn signal in my peripheral vision it looks like I put the left one on and I have to check to make sure I put the right one on.

Nice upgrade man. I always liked the Ion Redline more than I did the Cobalt SS. Wheels, Tint, Drop, and maybe a different rear deck spoiler. Good luck with her!

I would love to twin charge it. I have found a turbo kit for it. You might be telling me to lose the SC... I don't know. Either way I'm keeping the SC and maybe one day I'll twincharge it.
