i kinda like it haha. i like the stance,wheels,flat black, and white walls but other than that it gets kinda ricey...

Same thing could be said for adding turbos and such to civics. The only way this is different is this is original.

its really stupid that some of you are calling it rice. Rice isn't a term in a hot rodders dictionary.

For one, the guy is obviously going for a hot rod/ street rod look instead of tuner.

I think the front could have been done better and he could have used some more minor touches to really get the look he was after:

Frenched headlights, taillights and other details.

But besides that, i think its better then civic #95974675 with rotas.

What kills me with the rice thing is most ppl in Japan like body kits but dont tell anyone.
What we get all worked up over they are the exact opposite.
I like the rat rod look,not something I would do unless it was a old chevy or maybe to a minitruck but you go with being original.

But you have to love other then shaving door handles etc that the Import scene emulated minitrucking which was more of a clean look rather then everything you could bolt on to make it look fast like the old body kits and big rims.
Low a clean was always the minitruckers goal only real difference is most minitrucks are completely shaved.
