You can tell that the game is recycled stuff from MW2. They just added more gimmicks in the multiplayer. Campaign is stupidly short, stupidly scripted, boring, repetitive, and linear.

Well originally Scott's Machine in Fayeteville overhauled the cylinder heads and did a shitty job. I spent MONTHS trying to track down a compressor surge issue that I found out just a couple weeks ago was being caused by leaky valve seats. So the motor removal was coming but not planning on it being this soon...
Bought a blow of valve (aka Ricer Valve) from LB last week and dad wanted to check it out for shits and giggles. He installed it and made a few pulls and then I came home from work and made one pull and knew right away something was off. Apparently the factory recirc valve (which is claimed "good" till 24psi) was leaking by 3-4psi by my calculations (can't determine exactly sice the factory MAP sensor only reads to 22.76psi) but I suspect it seen 26-27psi before I turned it back down to 22psi. I don't think the headgaskets/head bolts liked that too much.
We didn't suspect anything and went to the track the next night. While fighting excessive wheelspin at the lights I managed a few 12.35 passes at 113-114mph. After my last 12.3 pass Dad noticed coolant bubbling out of the overflow tank. We drove it home and checked compression the next day. Two cylinders are below normal but right at the "service limit" while the over two are WELL below the "service limit." :no:
So out it came. Dad's frustrated and doesn't wanna spend any money, but I'm trying to push him to go balls to the wall in one last attempt to get it right (his car's always been plauged with bad luck). If he listens, I see high 11's in the Queer Kar's future at 117-118mph.... :boobies:

How does one ruin a perfectly good birthday? By getting a collection call from Paypal because you have a negative balance do to some fucktard who steals their mothers credit card. Then after nicely telling the agent that "you wont get any money until after the criminal case is over because I dont have the budget to pay you" then them telling you "well you agreed to our TOS and its not the credit card company you owe but its us. And if you wait too long we will escalate this to a collection agency. Is there any way for you to borrow funds from a family member or friend?" Then responding "what dont you understand, i dont make money to pay you as I was screwed out of it. If you ask again, im hanging up." They proceed to ask again and I just hang up.

Then on tuesday i get an email saying paypal fought for me, but the credit card company maintains that the card used in my transaction was a stolen card and the claim was resolved. And then today i get a phone call from paypal collections. There is more to the story because this guy is lying his ass off, but its too much to add.

close. Its gonna end up being a 2liter with a decent turbo, 6spd, brembos, etc...
shooting for a conservative 330-350 on pump. Should be "fun" at that mild level. It will give me time to decide what i really wanna do for a motor.
the 6spd is actually in a complete car. The guy had an sti and totaled it then swapped it all over to this bugeye. I snagged the bugeye for cheap and am gonna resell it- unless dad decides he wants it and will sell his car instead. A massive amount of swapping is coming soon.....

Thanks steve! The reason i asked is because the guy i detail with is going to have to remove the valve covers on his 7 series bmw, and to get the seal good again he has to media blast the edges, but he was also hesitant because they are magnesium valve covers.

AKs seem to fit the standards I am looking for, I am not looking for anything performance wise atm since I have minimal firearm hands on experience. Once I get back from training, that is when I will drop it for worthy rifles and such.

Yeah my bolt action is $28 for 20.. its gotten expensive... We have the tools to reload our own ammo but havnt done it... I'm still trying to get dad to buy an 870 "for himself" so I can use it....

My director is 52. Seizures are no joke. Strokes are far worse. They life flighted him to NORTHSIDE hospital and the doctor determined there is nothing that can be done. He will be on a ventilator the rest of his natural life.

Hopefully the car will be on the road before the Dec. 3rd meet. Just gotta get the ECU to Scotty and buy a bunch of fluids. ARP bolts came in, wheel spacers are on the way, and the new wheels will have the tires mounted first of next week. Head is already back from the machine shop and is ready for assembly.

I never really paid attention to it, but as of the last 6 months or so I haven't noticed anything. Maybe some fluctuations in energy levels throughout the day, but nothing that seemed to alarm me. According to my uncle and cousin, who have been researching and seeing doctors themselves, My sleep and dream patterns correlate with those of narcolepsy and some of the physical/mental symptoms also.

Who knows though? Maybe I'll get it checked out. I guess it's better to be safe than sorry.

u can re-assemble the head/ motor/drop it in in one day? thats pushing it. even still you gotta make sure D is free that day. if hes got plans you've got hellova task.

Ok well since this flagrant aggression is being directed toward me (once again) and I don't even post in this thread. I guess I will start by laying a little foundation for what I'm about to say. "Friends don't screw friends". So with that being said, if you so choose to call someone a friend that means you also have to be considerate of the other person in question. So at the beginning of this swap I told you that I do things a certain way because I'm very tedious. You said "ok that's cool. I want you to act like this is your project. I'm just supplying the funds." I replied "are you sure?" You replied "YES". I told you that since you wanted to learn, I wouldn't charge you BUT I will not work on it at all if you are not here. You agreed. So back to being "considerate", you choose to wait until the last second (whenever YOU had time) to call me and say "HEY I'm coming over today to take things apart". EVERYONE has a life, so of course I was busy. If I don't know anything in advance, I can't schedule my day accordingly. Because I do work on cars after I get off work and before I go to the gym. So alot of procrastination later, we disassemble the engine to find out whats wrong and go from there on how to set or game plan. I laid it out for you on a silver platter, step by step on what needed to be done. Then don't hear from you for a week or so. The next time I hear from you is because I sent you a text asking when were you going to come over and work on the motor? We play phone tag for a day or so (again because I have a life) with you asking me questions that I've already given you the answer to on numerous occasions. Your reason for asking me again is because "MATT said..........etc". You taking advice from a so-called B-series connoisseur that can't even put an LSvtec together correctly. Who I might add also put together an H22 for one of your buddies' and couldn't get that right. Till this day that H22 still does NOT run. So trying my best to exercise patience, I lay the plan out for you AGAIN and then.......... another disappearing act. After some more procrastination passes by we FINALLY send the cylinder head off to be cleaned. A couple of days after that you ask me AGAIN what needs to be done next. I repeat that we need to have everything ready to go so when we do the swap we don't have anything to keep us from starting the car and you riding off into the sunset. So the next thing we need to do is send the ECU off so that's squared away, you need to bring the header you want to use over to my house to see if it will work, and give me the last $20 for the parts I ordered for you. You said I'll bring you the money this afternoon(11/18/11). After that I contacted Scotty, setup a time with him and HIS schedule to drop the ecu off (yet another persons time to be considerate of). Then after you gave me the money for the ecu I would drive an hour to mainstream to drop it off then an hour back. Come Saturday or Sunday make the same 2hr drive AGAIN in the pursuit to help a "friend" get his swap finished. At least that was the plan. That did not happen because you did not show up friday night and I did not hear from you until MONDAY morning. So when I did hear from you, you don't say sorry for not getting with you friday, instead you say "parts are ordered, what else do I need to get?" First off I'm saying to myself ERRR WTF!? IS HE TALKING ABOUT? I ask you what parts? You say "gonna get a chip kit have it put in and do the swap".......... All I could say was BAD BUSINESS. Due to you being COMLPLETELY inconsiderate of everyone elses time that we are taking out of our lives to help YOU. You ask me "why?" I honestly laughed to myself because you just wouldn't understand that the world DOES NOT REVOLVE AROUND BOBBY. So after that I washed my hands of the entire situation. And of course as routine has it I don't hear from you for another 3-4days. I'm not one for posting my business online like this but I'M BEYOND frustrated with your blatant disregard for my time and everyone elses. Your lack of attention to detail or retention to information that's been given to you on more than 1 occasion. And you inability to focus, maintain organization. I told you from the beginning that I'm a very meticulous person and it's hard for some people to work with me because I only do things my way. So far I've been successful in all of my endeavors into the automotive field, otherwise you wouldn't have asked me to take on this project for you. So with that being said lets review my schedule here online so you can have a copy of when I MIGHT have time to do anything. Now I am a man of my word, if you do so choose I will complete assembly of the engine the swap but after that nothing else. This bridge has been burnt to a crisp numerous times over.
For your reference:
12am-7:30am= SLEEP
8am-5:30/6pm= Work
6pm-7:45pm= Free time/ Personal time/ Side work time/ etc
8pm-10pm= Workout at the gym
10:15pm-12am= Eat, bathe, breathe, then repeat.

This schedule is good monday through friday. My weekend hours are as follows:
Saturday= personal time (unless otherwise arranged 3-4 days in advance)
Sunday = personal time again (unless otherwise arranged 3-4 days advance)

After what I just said you might be angry, slightly upset, pissed off, or just don't give a f**k. Either way I'd greatly appreciate you communicating your problem to me directly. You have my number. Call me or text me to let me know if you still want me to do this swap. If not, I can bring the cylinder head home from work Monday and you can have your buddy Matt assemble the engine, swap it in, and find an ecu for you. Because I will be keeping the ecu I GAVE you if I'm not doing the swap. I will be eagerly waiting on your call.

5x100 and its the reason this car exists. he had an 04 sti track car that during a session developed pad knock (common problem on 5x100) and he balled it up in a tire barrier. he then swapped everything over to this car.

You could use pledge I guess, but since its vinyl, id probably just use a car sealant on it as minwax would probably melt it.

as long as it is not from gsp you can fight and probably win that. the only agency in ga that can give a ticket for under 11mph is gsp. now with that being said the margin for error is usually 3mph and is always at least +/- 1mph....so that basically means that you could have been going only 8 over and there is no ticket for that. now of course this all has to be brought about the right way in court. do some research on it cause that is complete bull shit

No point of me fighting it since I'll be leaving for the Army anyway so I won't do any more hassle with more paperwork. Whatever, I'll pay the fines and call it good.

If it was in fact on a downhill like you indicate, you need to check into this to confirm but I don't believe they can radar/laser people on a descent above a certain grade %.

I am gonna be in a more tight budget for that AK/AR because of a stupid fucking ticket. I went to AR-Bunker today. Waaay better than Autreys and cooler people. Their selections are cheaper and more inventory for me to chose from. Definitely stopping by saturday if my deposit clears.

If a car has been sitting in the same spot for a while and one of the tires goes flat due to a bend in the wheel and not anything wrong with the tire itself, is the tire still usable or do I need to replace that tire? When I take that wheel off the tire maintains that shape. (Not sure if that last sentence is useful or not.)

Keep an eye out here as they usually have AR's for $600ish in the bargain bin. My buddy bought one and it was new just had a few scratches on it. Its perfect for a plinking gun.

They are running hardcore enforcement on 54 and 74 right now because Fayetteville is out of places to rob. PTC residents are easy targets because the majority of them there are a bunch of dumb shitheads that moved there the rest of the world would beat them up. In PTC, retards are safe from a kick to the nutz. Many of them parade around in 20 year old Mercedes cars and LLBean sweater vests and Tennis Visors circa 1996 pretending to be ballers. In reality, they are penny pinching rednecks. To a thug, they are appealing and easy victims.

Yea I've heard they been cracked down a lot in PTC. The ghetto of Fayetteville is moving up to PTC. I'm glad I live in Sharpsburg, everyone owns guns so not many people get robbed around here.

PTC was a nice area but Clayton Co. is starting to take over. I was honestly pissed when they opened up the Sam's Club; Clayton Co. took that as a reason to pass through PTC into Newnan.
