My friend needs to hire someone for their Roswell location in the Administrative position.

For those that don't know, "Administrative" is a fancy word for secretary. You must have phone and some kind of administrative type experience. I'm not too sure of the job description, but it pays between $10-12/hr based on your experience level.

Position needs to be filled right away, so don't snooze if you want it. This is working for a Pest Control company if that matters.

Call Racheal @ 770-931-9099.

I will take this down when she tells me the position is filled.

P.S. You HAVE TO tell her you're referred by ME so she'll know what it's about. Just mention my name, Jaime.

:lmao: I'd be very weary hiring someone for that position if they didn't know what an Administrative Assistant was. It's been many, many years since anyone has called the position secretarial.

Good luck!

So YOU talked to my friend and asked her what the duties where????

When the job description includes answering the phone, making and confirming appointments, and dispatching people to certain jobs.......what exactly would YOU call it????? I know SOME Admin assts. want to glorify their position as some kind of high and mighty super duper almost Executive position, but in reality when the chips are down......you're someone's assistant at best, and therefore not much different than what a SECRETARY normally does in many, many other companies. Right or wrong?

Next time, think a little before you opinionate, please. I talked to my friend and I KNOW what the position requires and she used "secretarial" as the type of position, so that's why I used the same description. Don't get bent out of shape about it. This company is a rather large company that has been around for a long time. So if YOU don't want to apply, this ad is not for YOU.

Thank you. :goodjob:

I think what she meant Jaime was that you put "For those that don't know, "Administrative" is a fancy word for secretary" like a person wouldn't know what that meant. If someone applying for that job doesn't know what an "administrative assistant" is then they are stupid and shouldn't be hired anyway LOL :D

I think it was a joke.

If that is the case, then I take back my smart reply. If not...;) :D

LOL well I have seen her post off and on here for a while and she seems to have a good head on her shoulders. I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt. ;)

 Oh my gosh Jaime! I didn't mean it in that way at all! BTLFED got it completely right; I was just making a little joke about someone who did not know what Administrative work was, not towards you at all! :lmao: Aw, I'm sorry it came out that way! :o

I totally meant it when I said, "Good luck", as I have done my share of admin work in the past, and I understand how hard it is to find someone who won't take advantage of the job, aka. making personal calls all day, surfing the internet while neglecting and allowing work to pile up for days and even weeks at a time, and of course, so many still lik 2 type like ths n say thy can proprly type 70wprsec, lol. :)
