Not everyone is ready to buy a House, you dont know his situation. I pay 1200 a month for my apartment plus utilities/etc, and Im sure that guy pays more for a bigger apartment. And I highly wouldnt consider my complex , "busted". Im not buying a house until I get married.

Think about it. I live 5 minutes from work. (Tower Place 100 in Buckhead) If I lived outside the perimeter, sure I could save money in rent, but then Id pay more for gas, wear and tear on my car, and the PITA called Atlanta traffic. To me for right now its worth it. Everything I need is 5-10 minutes from me.
