yeah... mark it 8-23-05
Gas prices are OFFICIALLY starting to affect me now. Before iwas like whatever but now it costs around 50 bux to fill up my car every 3-4 days ... that really adds up. Before im like whatever a few hundred bux extra a year wont kill me nor affect my driving habits but WTF
Its really pissing me off

Im seriously looking into getting an oldskool Mercedes 300D Turbo Diesel and converting it to use wasted vegetable oil as fuel... costs like max 4k total, including the car... but free gas for life.
I doubt thatll happen, but still.

WVO = wasted vegetable oil its FREEEE
Just go to macdonalds or burger king and theyll happily give you that shit for free, cuz they have to pay to dispose of it..
on the plus side you can smell the fries while youre driving.

it isnt FREE to do that, you still have to have the station to convert it and all the chemicals involved to remove the acidity of it. i seriously looked at setting up a bio diesel station in my garage and buying a TDI instead of the 1.8T that I have now.. there are a LOT of people jumping the bio wagon and it will soon be hard to find that same stuff that right now is common place.

consider yourself lucky, there are some of us that HAVE to buy premium @ 2.79 a gallon, as of this morning.
