OK guys today i pulled out my H22 swap out my hatch and dropped in a complete 00 si B16 swap. Ok my car is a 96 dx and a i was using a dx harness with every thing wired to run. Ok i was also using a jumper harness with a chipped p28. Now everything was fine until i pulled the motor. When i put in the new swap i used the si harness and ecu. I dropped it in plugged up the ecu and the green plug at the ecu, Crunk the car and now my cluster doesnt work. Well just the speedo and the tach. But im still going into vtec and everything. Car is running perfect. Any body have any ideas on this problem? Do i need the 99 or 00 dash harness to? Plzzzzzz help Thanks !!!!!!!

I just realized were both from Macon! I'm not an expert when it comes to wiring, but I don't see why you would have to change the dash harness. Check your fuse's!

maybe them 2 wires are cut or frayed somewhere .... had this same problem when i done my ls swap and thought oh ... bad dizzy ,... well rebuilt the dizzy and same problem . checked the wire harness and boom found the problem .. so DOUBLE check your wire harness !

lol...crunk....lol

Check the wires going into the cluster....then start following it back until you locate the problem. Its a paint but it's the only way,

you could have used the dx harness because i have a 97 dx(was automatic) with a 99 b16 swap and it's jumped over to obd1.somehow i have to wires running from vtec into my ecu and everything works fine.check the bulbs in the cluster.

Maybe a bent pin on the connectors as well!
