I think Russia will take it. They did really well against the Netherlands and they were kicking ass in the earlier games of the tournament. Turkey has been doing great, but I think their luck is running out. Also, I think they are in a tight spot with their yellow card situation.

In short, I think it will be Germany vs. Russia with Russia taking it.
