DB1 integra. Basically, it starts ~90% normally, except... When i turn the key to the "ON" position, but before the engine is cranked, and im letting the fuel system prime itself. Then when i decide to start the car, What it'll do sometimes is just kinda sit there and give me a 'click' and do nothing 2 or 3 times before it decides to start cranking the motor.
Or, if i dont give the whole system a chance to "prime" itself, and i just immediately turn the key and crank the motor in one swift motion, it will crank and turn over the way it should normally. I'm not sure what this could be, but its obviously electrical. Maybe its my battery?
 :(

check the terminals at your battery. make sure they are clean and bolted down tight.

Hmm, im not so sure about that NOW, because i just left my house and checked the terminals. It did fine. Took it to my destination, and let it sit for ~an hour and a half, and now it did the click click click click thing.
I have the feeling it may be my alternator not charging up my battery the way it should.....and then when i go to re-start the car later, the batt. isnt strong enough to re-crank the car. Just a guess.

my DA did the same thing, then eventually the starter quit on me completely.
