I'm confused... elaborate... you want something that can be used for both NA and boost? or you just want to know both to pick which one?

well me personally im going all motor on spray with my d16y7, i have cp ceramic coated pistons, arp rod bolts, scat h beam rods, block guard, ported and polished head, and with s200 im looking to put down 140na and close to 290 on spray, i have done boost before and in my opinion there are just too many variables to go wrong for me to rely on it daily, i have done both and there is no feeling like boost, but on spray your motor is not under stress as frequently granted your not like jeremy spraying everytime you pull out of your driveway, it just makes sense, im still going to get better gas mileage than if i were boosted, and then i could walk the same motor boosted, unless of course it's done right, and even then im probably going to outlast him by 2X the mileage because his is under constant stress due to boost, just my 2 cents
