Unfortunately I have to sell my favorite car to date. Our first baby is due in November and I've decided to get back into an EVO. Cant fit a baby seat in the Mini GP.
Anyway, this is the ultimate Mini! Only 415 GP Minis came to America. Hand build in Italy. John Cooper Works throughout the car; engine, brakes, suspension, and wheels. Basically $9K of JCW go fast parts installed in Italy. I believe this is the only GP in Atlanta. There are more Enzo's than GPs. And current NADA is over $33K. Signature color - Thunder Blue, only on the GP. And anthracite gauges, GP only, too. I have all the signed certificates from Italy, the books, doc stickers, OEM GP floor mats (never used - installed all weather mats). Basically what you need to keep this as a collector car. Its gone up in value since 06 - check NADA.
I've added a Stainless Header and Invidia Titanium Cat Back. Along with a black aerogrille and K&N. I kept the OEM parts as well. And yes it has a factory carbon fiber wing. Very cool. This car is #1894
All together it adds up to about 230hp in a 2400lb car. Italy removed the backseat to save weight. I average 29 city and 34 highway. If you get on it, then it drops to about 25 city. Not bad, tho. About 460 miles per tank on 14 gallons.
It's a great car to drive, very fun and definitely a head-turner. Handles like a go cart. Firm, grippy, great brakes, excellent exhaust note and that intense supercharger. Great 6sp..heated seats, everything you could want.
Factory warranty of 48 mnth/50K mi
My loss.. truly.. as I love this car to death. Collectors item.
$29,900.. or trade or a Evo IX MR or RS plus cash.
