I need help figuring out why my idle keeps bouncing around from below 1k to 2.5k. Its constant for a min or two then it idles fine. After i rev it up again it starts to do it again. I have a b20b engine in the DA. Any ideas ?

try the fast idle valve. there is a lil plastic screw (thermowax plunger) inside of it. screw it back in a lil at a time and what it does. but im not 100% on that im about to pass out.

mine was doing same thing i did what no mo hondas says do and it works fine. take off ur intake and crank ur motor and let it warm up to where it starts to idle funny, there will be a hole right before butterfly in throttle body if it sucks air then thats ur prob if not check ur iac. if it does just take off the fast idle valve , below the throttle body, and screw in the plastic piece snug that should do it. honda-tech.com has a thread and pics that i found when i did it.
