Whats the difference between 99-00 Civic Si Wheels and 01-03 Civic Ex Wheels. Is there any difference, becuase I heard they wore different

VTEC is spelled backwards on the Si pictured.

there is no difference in the wheels.

it's the shimer... the shiny-ness? SIs came out Machine Polished and cleared.. and the other one(pict below SI) are painted and cleared? and yes THEY ARE CLEAR COATED!
