but the experience in the theater is so much better than at home, unless maybe you have a home theater system

For me and the family I spend anywhere from $60-$75 to see a movie. How often do you think we go?

Then they wanna bich because people want to download them? I don't blame anyone that does to be honest and sometimes I wish I had the time and know how to do it my dam self.

I have a 50,000:1 contrast ratio 120Hz 52 inch TV along with surround sound and Blu-ray players but it sucks having the choice of seeing the good stuff (for a small fortune) when it comes out or waiting 6 months for the DVD/Blu-ray.

Theatre is always better IMO!

I work at a theater. I know damn well the only thing worth buying there is a pizza($5 and good as hell). Tickets and everything else.. Yah, hate it for the people that spend $50 cause their girlfriend wanted to see some crappy movie.

I don't even remember the last movie I saw in theatres.

Maybe Superman or Fast and Furious Tokyo Drift.

I generally hate going to the movies. Way too expensive, way too annoying, and not that fun to me.

F UCK Yes! Starlight Six Drive-In. Google it, one of the best cheap dates in Atlanta. $7 a ticket and you can bring your own beer, drugs, couches, hoes, kegs, grills, etc. Every time I go I'm glad that I own a WRX wagon and not a sedan since I can load up the hatch with cushions and chill in the back with a girl for the length of the movie. But then again its more fun to borrow a pickup truck and load up 3 couches in the back and lounge out.

Now I just wish Subaru made a latch to open the hatch from the inside . . .

Well, I mean if you get some friends together or whatnot, throw in a dollar each, get popcorn and a blockbuster. Though...none of us have surround sound, or HD, yet, but we DO have a big screen!

Awesome, screen is bigger, like 4x the resolution, and none of those grainy things like on 35mm films.
