If they are truely handicapped, then yes it's wrong. If they are not really handicapped, but too lazy to work so they fake an injury, next time make sure to push them.

on subject though. I would not be able to laugh... They have to spend everyday of there life with that obstacle. They are doing there best to overcome it and they don't complain about it. Maybe some of us should actually look up to them, cause most of them actually have a better out look on life. They don't let stupid stuff bother them, and they know how to overcome hardships in life...

there is a midget that rides a chopped/shrunk 12 speed bicycle on the same road i take to work every morning. He's in full spandex riding gear, with his speed helmet,fancy pedal formed shoes and a pair of wicked cool amber lensed shades...I've about died laughing the first few times i saw him riding...like literally crying laughing. Then one day i saw him driving into a QT one morning when i was gasing up.
