i haven't started a diet.. or fast or anything... but i just haven't been eating much... i've skipped lunch a lot... and barely eat anything for dinner...

i have purposely stopped drinking carbonated drinks/sodas... (well i had a few this weekend) but i can go through like 3-4 mtn dews a night... which i know isn't good for me...

so i've stuck to a cup of coffee in the mornin.. (or i get killer caffeine headaches... ) and juice the rest the day...

i'm gonna start drinking more water when i can afford to buy some!! lol i refuse to drink tap... especially here... it's like pure chlorine...

Your body doesn't eat just your fat. It eats all of the other important factors that keep you alive. Just cut back 25% of food, and increase excersize 50% and the fat will trickle away.
