i know this is IMPORT atlanta but i havent found a ford/mazda truck forum i like yet. so here goes.

I have 96 mazda b2300. I usually only haul trash, furniture or motorcycles. And sometimes i tow a utility trailer with a riding mower. If i lowered it with a 2/3" drop would it affect towing or hauling?

well if in the bed u got the obvious bumpier ride plus weight will have @55end on bumpstop causin a rough ass hell ride but doable. if towin a trailer jus have a custom raised hitch rack made

2-3" won't cause that much of a bumpier ride. Later, QD.

like QD said, a 2"-3" drop wont effect it too much. especially if you go out and get all the crap to do it "correctly" me i just prefer removing or cutting of springs

ive been looking at djm kits. cutting or removing of springs would kill the ride quality for sure.

2"-3" drop is good and djm is quality stuff. and if your worried about the bump stops. just cut em' off.

thats what ive heard and seen firsthand. my buddy use to a djm drop kit on his old ranger. i think it was a 4-5 drop and it still rode really nice.

You won't notice much with a 2/3 other than looks. I had a 99 Ranger. :)
