Sht-hole needs to buy me one now.
No problems untill I go there and their roads tear my car up.
Busted both boots on the passenger side and broke the shock tab that holds it in place.
/rant.

Try driving in Jersey or New York. When I first moved down here I swore the roads were paved in gold.

I don't know about the roads busting your boots but I'm with you that the roads in Georgia suck for no reason.

i live in a small town. roads here are okay, but that depends on where you go. highways are perfect here tho

Well, since the tab on the shock broke, it drove the shock down onto the boot. Creating a cut all the way around it, and since the geometry was off from the shock being moved, the inner boot was hitting the subframe (?) which created another cut.

GA has some of the best roads in the country. Atlanta itself ( the city ) just sucks, but it can be hard to do paving in a city like ours.

lmao. wow. I'm all better now.

Yeah, I'm snappin speed in 2. so that probably did it.

The meet went well, some asians were there, a cop that kept making all the motorcycles leave, and some black guys that walked up and asked for teh moneys (but I had my nlgger knocker, so I gave them 8 cents)

any slightest regrets on lowering? Sorry to hear about the bad news. No matter how careful you are its bound to happen unexpectedly.

Yep, hit a pot hole in Sandy Springs that nearly cracked my 19" wheel in half. The roads in ATL used to be some of the best in the nation, now they are getting bad.
Here's my sorry wheel

you have to LOOK at what you're driving on.

ohhh dear lord when we first lowered my car, it was a MESS.

i went from a z28 to an on-the-ground civic - bad idea. my srs light is stuck on now - im surprised my airbags didnt blow out from some of the **** i hit.

but its all good now, but if you're driving behind me - dont be surprised it i slam on brakes and put it in 1st to go over a bump. im just waiting for someone to run over me. =/

All of that could've been avoided.

Watch where the fuk you drive and everything will be fine.

:lmao: Atlanta roads aren't even that bad.

Paying attention comes in handy :goodjob:

I like how y'all think I wasn't paying attention, although it might have something to do with a really low car, shtty roads, and bad eye sight...

My city has nice roads, the section of atl that I was in, doesn't even have decent roads.

The roads in central/southern Georgia once you're off the state/federal funded highways are terrible. The roads in Atlanta are bad because you can't close any of them off to pave, and they have about ten times as much traffic as they were designed for. If you want bad roads, drive into Alabama and see how fast you reconsider what "Bad" roads are. When a state highway turns into a one lane gravel road for four miles before turning back into chunked and torn and rooted asphalt again just to go over a bridge...THAT is a bad road.

Easy to say until it pops out from under the car in front of you.

dont know if anyone else told you to do this but, if you know exactly were it happened then write the city and quote them for the price to fix it. i know in south carolina when id hit a pot hole and bent my rims the cut me a check for the cost of a whole replacement set.
