3 Br. 2 Ba. trailer in Monroe for rent. I am staying in one of the rooms and would like to fill up the other 2 rooms. The place is kinda set back in the woods so its private. The rent is $250 a month and 1/3 or 1/2 half of the utilities. Only bills that are there is electric,trash, phone. Cable and water is included in the rent. It also has gas but I do not use it in the summer or hardly cook so Im not too worried about it
