ATL G&Z Meet: June 15, 2008: Sunday 3PM

Since we have been kicked out of the parking deck at Taco Mac Lindbergh, we are moving our monthly meets to Taco Mac Perimeter. I have communicated with the GM at this location (Brian) and he is expecting us. He is not sure if the owners of the parking deck will have a problem, but he thinks it will be ok.

Still meeting at 3pm on the 3rd Sunday of the month. We should go in to eat between 4 and 4:30.

--Get to I-285 and exit north onto Ashford Dunwoody (one exit east of GA 400)
--Go straight on Ashford Dunwwody past Perimeter Mall
--Turn left at Perimeter Center West just after passing Perimter Mall (there is a Bank of America on the right and a McDonalds on the left)
--Turn right onto Olde Perimeter Way (it is a shopping center)
--Taco Mac is on the left hand side of the lot, there is a parking deck after you pass the Taco Mac. (Ashford Crossing is actually a road within the shopping center)

How ironic.. I always believed that if I had to pick one kind of car owner that is the most pretentious, and that thinks his car is the best car in the world.. I would have to pick 350z owners.. # 1 Fanboy club, and they dare to compare their cars to others, ie. STI..

I mean, all in all, the Z looks bad, but ignoring that fact, the performance is O.k. so the car is not bad.. The newer ones that is, the other ones were slow as ****, my previous Honda would beat them.. :taun:

The new ones are good cars, but not anywhere near what the owners mark them up too.. The fact that 350z owners think so highly of their "godly engineering Marvel (lol)" is why, I am a 350z hater..:D

and im glad you talked to the GM at TM but he has no jurisdiction over the parking situation at Perimeter. They lease the property and the only parking spots TM controls is the ones infront and on the side of their store. (about 12 total). plus its a sunday so there will be NO PARKING FROM MALL TRAFFIC. i know this bc i have worked in this complex for over 2 yrs. your best bet is to go up to the top level of the parking deck and hope officer curry is working, bc he is the cool cop.
