basically... cut out most junk, and eat foods that are higher in protein (beef... turkey, eggs, tuna, peanut butter) you could even get a protein supplament like whey poweder if you wanted, but i haven't really seen a need for it... cept maybe immediately after workouts.

combine a similar diet (check out mens health... there is so much specific info there that you can taylor to your body frame/goals) with a good full body workout (maybe 30-45 mins, 4 times a week) and you should start to see some results.

multivitamens might not be a bad idea either.

Thats great man. I'm also a hard gainer in the gym. I have started a new diet in mid January and its really been helping me out. It sounds difficult but you get use to it after a while. I've gained 17 pounds in a matter of 2 1/2 months. I started at 160 and i'm now at 177. Keep up the good work!

thanks dude... i think the change in diet has been a big contributor to my progress. most people don't realize that choice of food affects the the outcome of a workout quite a bit.

heres some good info. Sounds like your an Ectomorph. Let me know if you have problems viewing this.

Its really good info. I was the opposite. I am trying to lose weight. By following this and what I've read in M&F, I was able to go from 195lbs to 140lbs in about 6 months.
