Yes I know I should go to the dealership but I am looking for suggestions on a model and brand...Preferably I don't want an American stock (they are like hunks of metal with a powerful engine thrown in, no engineering)

what I would do with 30k, buy a new or a year old civic si, buy a Jackson racing supercharger 8psi, a good exhaust system, and a good tune.
